3-bedroom bungalow at Pantokratoras, south Zante
We are building a 3-bedroom bungalow in compliance with the new Regulation for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (KENAK), recently put into effect in Greece.
We have designed it to provide for 3 well-sized bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, plus another bathroom. All three bedrooms give to their own balconies. So does the open-plan kitchen. A comfortable living and dining area gives to a large terrace.
A 60sqm-basement will house the boiler room and a closed garage with parking space for one car.
All insulation in masonry, roofing and flooring will comply to the provisions of the new Regulation for Energy Efficiency in Buildings. The same applies to aluminium window frames and mechanological parts.
Measuring 120sqm indoors with another 55sqm terrace, this property is developed on a 1,000sqm plot of land. Once we deliver the house, we will design the outdoor spaces, landscape the gardens and build a stone wall around the property.
