Modern makeover of flat in Zakynthos Town
We have remodelled a two-bedroom flat in Zakynthos Town to give it a more efficient layout, modern fixtures and fittings and a fresh look.
Built in 1980, the flat was in need of a full-scale renovation: modern electrical and water works, new flooring with tiles, plus aluminium doors and windows for thermal insulation. Its roof terrace also needed insulating and damp-proofing.
We have redesigning the kitchen to create an open-plan space with the living room. We have extended one of the bedrooms to offer more space for living and storage.
We have refurbished the batrhroom with new tiles, fixtures and fittings. Then fixed up details in all ceilings and walls and freshened up the place with a lick of paint.
Remodelling this property has pushed up its value by an estimated 30-35%.
