Off-plan property
Off-plan means to buy a house based on its plans: find the location, choose the design and then we agree on a price and timetable to build your house there. This deal has attractive advantages:
Lower costs
Taxes and fees are attached to the value of the land you are buying – not to the multiplied value of the land-plus-house you are building. Buying off-plan means you could be saving up to 80% in such costs.
Our pay-as-you-go system also allows you to put together the capital slowly. It spreads building costs over a 9-month period. Instalments correspond to specific stages of works. You pay in only when a stage of works is completed.
Safe building
You get to check out building materials and techniques for quality as your house is being built. You can do this yourself, even remotely: every week we email you photos with details of the building site.
Plumbing and electrical installations also come with a one-year warranty. So there are no unpleasant surprises there.
Bespoke design
You can model your house to your needs and taste. With adjustments to the layout, we can add en suite bathrooms, guest rooms, storage space etc. without having to bring down walls or make hard changes.
Finishes, tiles, fixtures and fittings are also your own choice when buying off-plan. We point you to reliable suppliers and do all the dealings with and for you.
Ready in 9 months
Building permits are issued within 3 months. Building typically takes another 6 months. This means that in 9 months time, you can move in and enjoy your new property.
