Rebuilding and insulation of house in Argassi
We damp-proofed, refurbished and enhanced the energy efficiency of a 3-bedroom house in Argassi in a record time-to-delivery of 15 days.
Built in 1975, this 200sqm house suffered from severe moisture and mildew. We fully insulated its roof terrace and the best part of its masonry. We used advanced, energy-efficient materials.
The house also required repair work on the iron reinforcement used in its load-bearing walls and on the concrete slabs. This done, we installed new pipework with longer service life.
To refurbish it, we replaced its window frames with modern, double-pane aluminium ones that also offer better thermal insulation. Then we re-plastered and repainted the house exterior down to its elegant balustrades.
