Rebuilding project in Argassi

We've rebuilt a house in Argassi, east coast Zante. The project required radical shoring and earthquake-proofing to a 140-sqm house.

We stripped it down to its structural parts to shore up its foundations and reinforce its concrete structure, which was cast in 1980.

We rebuilt the ground and first floors of the house to provide for three bedrooms, one bathroom, one WC and an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room.

We replaced all plumbing and electrics and fitted in new tiles, fixtures and fittings. We also refurbished all rooms with new windows, doors and furniture

Then we spruced it up with a fresh lick of paint and took care of outdoor spaces.
