Renovation of seafront hotel in Argassi
We have renovated a 10-room hotel in Argassi, east coast Zante. This seafront property required complete refurbishment to bring out its character features.
Built in 1980, hotel Porto Davia enjoys a wonderful location by the sea. Over time though the sea has worn it out, so now it needs quite a bit of work done.
Our team started on with its structural parts that needed shoring up and reinforcing. The entire roof came out. We replaced it with a new, stronger structure with more character.
Plumbing and electrical works came next to make it functional and up to modern standards.
To fully renovate its 10 snug rooms, we have installed new bathroom fixtures and fittings and modernised their interiors. Then we gave them a fresh finish with new tiling and a lick of paint.
We have also given its building fabric a fresher look with new flooring and stone cladding. Sprucing it up has also brought out its character features: arches, beams, traditional architectural features called 'haghiati', pergolas, etc.
It is now ready to welcome you for a magical Mediterranean experience.
