Retaining wall along seafront property in Tragaki
We have built a retaining wall along a seafront property in Tragaki, east coast Zante. It has replaced an older structure that the sea had eroded over time.
Measuring 200m in length and up to 3m in height, the retaining wall is made of reinforced concrete with a wooden fence mounted on top for safety. The project included earthworks to clear the site and reclaim the land alongside the beach.
We have landscaped all outdoor spaces to create paved pathways, lush lawn and chill-out areas with built-in parasols. On one side of the property, an area is converted to parking bays.
The land belongs to an attractive snack-bar, popular among tourists, especially during summer time. These works will spruce up this property and add considerably to the attraction of the setting for peak summer season.
